This is how it works, as the visitors will be coming, they will click Sign In on your iPad, phone or computer
Then it will ask the information like First Name then enter the Last Name, their email address and phone number, Do you have a home to sell and Are you pre-approve, Are you working with an Agent. If working with Agent selected yes, it will ask the customer to add their agent detail like name, email address and agent phone number. Once the information is captured, you will do a walk through, once a vistor done seeing the house you can capture their feedback, if you are not able to capture their feeedback no worried, iMaxCRM will take care of sending the reminder to get their feedback.
