The Action Plan templates option helps you configure templates information in iMaxPropertyCRM.
On the Action Plan Templates tab, you can:
- Create/Edit Action Plans
- Search Action Plan Templates
Create/Edit Action Plans
To add action plan templates,
1. On the Action Plan Templates tab, click on New Plan Manager.
The New Action Plan page is displayed.
2. Enter the following details:
| Option | Description |
| Action Plan Template Information | Select the Plan Type and enter the plan name and description for the action plan. |
3. Click Save.
If you want to create another action plan template, click Save & New.
The new action plan will be added and listed under the Action Plan Templates tab.
After the action plan is added, you can Edit, or Delete the action plan details details. Apart from these, you can use the following options:
Search Action Plan Templates
To search for client requests,
1. On the Action Plan Templates tab, click on the Search option.
The Search page is displayed.
2. Enter the keywords as the search criteria. Additionally, you can use the search filters.
3. Click Search.
The search result page is displayed with the list of details matching the search criteria.
