Setting Up Your Phone in iMaxCRM

Hello and thank you for reading this article today! We are happy to help you set up your office Phone in iMaxCRM. Follow these steps below:

 

  1. From your iMaxCRM Home Screen, click Settings.

 

2. Next, Click “My Office Set Up” button.

 

3. Please read the red lines on the screen and then click the “Get the Available Phone Button.”

           4. After getting your available phone number, select the agent that will use the number and then complete the set up by clicking the “Buy Phone” button. It’s as easy as that!
