Setting Up Your Profile

Now that you are logged in on our system, your next step should be setting up your system profile. And we are happy to show you how you can set it up!

 

  1. Click the icon on the upper right-hand corner of the screen and select “My Profile”.

     

2. Click on “My Settings” to edit your personal and user account information.

   

  3. Now you will be in “My Settings” page. You can edit your user name and password, your personal information and your email signature on this page.

 

4. Scroll down to see the section where you can edit your Email Signature

 

5. One important thing to note in the Settings Section: Make sure that the options for Lead SMS Enable and Lead Email Notification are unchecked when you are importing multiple contacts to your iMaxCRM. We do not want your inbox to be flooded by emails. 

 

6. After updating the information on this page and changing some settings, click the Check Icon on the upper right-hand corner of the screen to save your changes. You are good to go!
