iMaxCRM lets you setup your leads information from various real estate sites such as:
- Trulia
- Zillow
- Realtor.com
- Homes.com
- iHomefinder
- IDXBroker
You can seamlessly configure the above sites with iMaxCRM and automatically store all your lead sources at one place.
Finding iMaxCRM email address
- Click the icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen and select “Profile settings”
2. Click on “My settings”
3. Under the 3rd party integrations tab, the email should be automatically generated
4. If the email is not generated click on the button which says “Get iMaxCRM Email”
Setting up Trulia with iMaxCRM
1. As a premier agent, login to www.trulia.com.
2. Navigate to your Account–>Settings page.
3. Enter your iMaxCRM email address to get the notifications email.
Setting up Zillow with iMaxCRM
1. As a premier agent, login to www.zillow.com.
2. Click on Account.
3. Click on Connect to My CRM.
4. Click Add Partner.
- Select iMaxCRM as your partner from the drop-down menu.
- Enter the email address of your iMaxCRM account.
- Click Save.
iMaxCRM will be added as the active partner on Zillow. You should start receiving lead notifications soon.
Setting up Realtor with iMaxCRM
1. As an agent, login to dashboard.realtor.com.
2. Navigate to your Accounts–>Settings page.
3. Under Profile Leads, enter the iMaxCRM lead email address.
4. Click Save.
Setting up Homes with iMaxCRM
1. As an agent, login to profile.homes.com
2. Click on Account.
3. Click Settings.
4. Under Consumer leads, enter the iMaxCRM email address.
5. Click Save.
Setting up IDXBroker with iMaxCRM
1. As an agent, login to middleware.idxbroker.com.
2. Navigate to Preferences–>Global Preferences–>Email Settings.
3. Enter your iMaxCRM email address.
4. Click Save.
